Policies

AGE
You must be at least 21 years of age to rent a Toyota vehicle.

BUSINESS HOURS
Monday through Saturday 8:00am to 6:00pm, or by appointment. Closed Sunday.

DRIVERS LICENSE
A valid license from the Renter`s state of residence or country of origin is required (i.e., must not be expired, must not have any restrictions).

GAS
There is a refueling charge of $5.00 per gallon if the vehicle is not returned full of fuel. Refueling Service charge takes into account both our direct and indirect costs of the fuel and maintaining our refueling infrastructure. The charge is intended to strongly motivate customers to save by refueling the car themselves. We don`t have an on-site refueling infrastructure, so we prefer that renters stop at a local station and refuel the car before returning it. However, customers can always choose not to refuel their rental prior to return, but we will then need to charge a premium for providing this refueling service.

INSURANCE
Proof of full coverage insurance that will transfer to the rental vehicle will be required at the time of rental.

MILEAGE
We allow unlimited miles per day.

ONE-WAY
At this time, the vehicle must be returned to Teton Toyota dealership where it was rented. Check with your dealership about off-site pickup services.

PAYMENT
Payment in full is required at the time of rental. A security deposit of $500.00 will be put on hold. *Call for details. 208-405-0815 Payment may be made by Credit Card. Sorry, we do not accept checks.

PICKUP/DROP
We offer pickup and drop-off services from the Idaho Falls Regional Airport for only $25.00. Please call for details. 208-405-0815

RULES
Teton Toyota is committed to providing clean cars to every customer. When a vehicle is returned excessively dirty, it is our policy to charge the renter a cleaning fee of $189.95. In some cases, our customers are disabled and require service animals. We embrace and support our disabled customers, and generally we will waive the cleaning fee when the excessive dirt is primarily animal hair. If, however, the vehicle is returned with more than a tolerable amount of animal hair or other types of soil, the manager at the location may elect to impose a cleaning fee. In such cases, the rental agent will take photographs of the excessive dirt to support the extra cleaning charge.

SMOKING
We maintain a 100% smoke-free fleet, and any type of smoking (pipe, cigarette, cigar, vaping) is prohibited in all our vehicles. Just as renters are assessed a fee of $100.00 for cleaning the car`s interior for excessive stains, dirt or soiling attributable to the renter’s use, customers will be assessed an additional charge if the car smells of smoke when it is returned. TRAVELING OUTSIDE COUNTRY
Rent a Toyota vehicles are allowed in the continental United States, Alaska and Canada. Rent a Toyota vehicles are not covered in Mexico.
